We believe everybody's life is valuable. It's up to us to make sure our liberties are intact. When anyone is marginalized, oppressed, or unfairly treated, WE must take a stand to restore our beliefs—That we are all created equal. Everybody means Everybody.

We value fairness and equality and believe the scales of justice should be balanced. We condemn the targeting, wrongful imprisonment, and brutalization of minority groups. It's up to us to rebalance the scales of justice towards the direction of equal treatment. At EVR we believe the best foundation for unification lies within activism.

Our systems are broken. The unfair, unlawful, and inhumane treatment of marginalized groups is appalling. The system continues to disproportionately impact people of color. At EVR we are closely examining how justice is applied across the board. We demand reform. We are calling on friends and allies to join us in fixing this underhanded system.

Committing to change is pivotal. We strive to educate ourselves, seek clarity, unify, and overcome racism with real solutions. Symbolism is not enough. Tangible solutions are life-saving. We must use our resources, time, and energy to take action. Future generations are depending on it!

We value the voices, ideas, experiences, and culture of everyone. We believe in honest, open, and insightful conversations to promote the understanding of cultural appropriations and awareness. Let’s bridge that gap together!

In order to get rid of racism, we have to fully understand and embrace that no one person is alike. This diversity is what makes our communities strong, vibrant, and unique. Why not encourage cultural expression and contributions from all walks of life?

We understand that systemic racism will not be defeated overnight. However, we're going to chip away at this issue each and every day. This requires all of us to learn to have patience and understanding with one another. Stop, listen, reflect, learn, and understand. Don’t worry, and we’ll lead the way!
